Are you interested in learning about mindfulness meditation or rejuvenating your current practice? In this 8-week online course, you will learn how to meditate and how mindfulness and meditation can help you in your daily life through benefits like stress reduction, improved self awareness and better concentration.

Format: Each class will consist of guided meditation, a short lesson, Q&A and other learning activities.
