Calgary ims drop-in Sangha (Meditation Group)

Upcoming dates:  We meet the 2nd Thursday and 4th Tuesday of each month. Everyone is welcome, Tuesday evenings are more suitable for experienced meditators or newer meditators who want a challenge. Thursdays will have meditation instruction, shorter meditation periods and are suitable for all levels, including beginners.
Tuesdays: 7:30 - 9:00 PM - May 28, June 25 (with Ayya Medhanandi), July 23, no meeting in August, September 24
Thursdays: We’re taking a break for the summer - see you September 12!

Check yogamcc.com for meditation classes. You can also register for a 1/2-day retreat June 1 (1 - 4PM), led by Leslie Ellestad.
