This workshop is an introduction to the meditation practices (heart practices) that cultivate the qualities of love, acceptance, joy and compassion. These skillful qualities of mind empower us and facilitate our ability to more deeply embrace life. No prior meditation experience required.
Teacher: Anne Mahoney, PhD, R. Psych., F.CGPA Anne is a registered psychologist with 40 years of clinical experience. She has also spent over 30 years studying and teaching mindfulness meditation and its application to daily life.
