Residential Retreat with Anne Mahoney

Dukkha (unsatisfactoriness, stress and suffering) is a pivotal component of the Four Noble Truths and a frequently misunderstood concept in the Buddha's teachings. This retreat will give participants the opportunity to explore various aspects of their own dukkha, how to change their relationship to dukkha and learn why the Buddha referred to dukkah as our greatest teacher. See the poster for more details.
