Bringing Awareness to Life is hosting five daylong silent retreats to be held on the second weekend (either Saturday or Sunday) of the month, February through June 2019. For the full list of dates, see here.

Meditation instruction will be given at the outset of each day and will conclude with a Q&A session about meditation techniques and obstacles to practice. For those contemplating their first silent residential retreat, attending a series of daylong silent retreats is an excellent introduction and a means to prepare for longer periods of sitting and walking. For meditators with a regular home practice, stepping aside for a daylong retreat each month helps maintain and deepen practice in between extended residential retreats.

Cost: $15/day + dana for the teacher

To Register: Call 403-270-8450 (leave a message on the Bringing Awareness to Life voice mail) or email bringingawarenesstolife@gmail.com. Please note, a minimum registration of 5 people is required for each daylong to proceed. Please register early!
